From coping with challenges to gaining self-awareness, yoga for kids has a wide range of benefits. Sandesham volunteer Aditi is dedicated to teaching yoga at our center.

Yoga helps kids to relax, relieve stress and anxiety, sleep better, improve emotional regulation, increase empathy, and improve mood and affect. Yoga helps to improve memory and cognitive function by creating focus within. Aditi taught some basic yoga poses and breathing exercises that the kids can continue doing at home.
